I’m Christina Schumann—a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, health coach, and change agent. I help people transform their relationship with food and, on that foundation, build a way of eating that supports their health, their life, and their long-term well-being.

My approach is threefold:

  1. Build a healthy relationship with food—one that’s nourishment-focused, flexible, forgiving, inwardly guided, and committed to lasting change.

  2. Learn nutrition rooted in science—to promote and protect your health now and in the future, without fads, fear, or restrictive dieting.

  3. Create a personalized, sustainable eating plan—one that works for your body and your life.

 

This work is about getting off the dieting merry-go-round and building something better. It’s about gaining self-awareness, confidence, and the ability to care for yourself with love and respect.
